    • Develop and manage vendor partnerships that minimize staff time and cost, while creating quality results.
    • Design and manage HR Answer Centers.
    • Measure Key Result Areas, Objectives and Standards of Performance.
    • Provide service guarantees and other quality measures.
    • Define HR staff core competencies that fulfill business requirements.
